Schedule of Prices
Payment may be requested for strapping tape, bandaging, acupuncture needles, braces or supports.
Payment is expected after each visit. The patient will be required to meet all costs incurred for treatment should ACC decline the relevant claim.
Non attendance
A payment of $35 may be imposed where a patient fails to keep a scheduled appointment and has not let the clinic know within a reasonable timeframe.
Terms of trade
If your account is not settled within ninety days of your last treatment, it will be placed in the hands of a debt collection agency. All debt collection charges will be added to your account.
