Supine Knee Rolling

  1. Lie on the floor on your back‚ knees bent so that your feet rest flat on the floor
  2. Place your arms flat on the ground‚ palms up, at an angle of 90° to your trunk
  3. At all times keep feet and knees together
  4. Slowly rotate your hips and low back so that your knees lower towards the floor
  5. The opposite hip may roll off the floor slightly but the shoulder must remain flat on the ground
  6. Lower your knees to the floor or as far as you can pain free
  7. Return to the start position and repeat as prescribed
