Spine Exercises

Supine Knee Rolling
- Lie on the floor on your back‚ knees bent so that your feet rest flat on the floor
- Place your arms flat on the ground‚ palms up, at an angle of 90° to your trunk
- At all times keep feet and knees together
- Slowly rotate your hips and low back so that your knees lower towards the floor
- The opposite hip may roll off the floor slightly but the shoulder must remain flat on the ground
- Lower your knees to the floor or as far as you can pain free
- Return to the start position and repeat as prescribed
