Flexion in Lying

  1. Lie on your back on the floor‚ head on a pillow
  2. Bent your knees so your feet are resting flat on the floor
  3. Reach forward with your hands and place your arms around your knees
  4. Slowly pull your knees to your chest‚ keeping your neck and shoulders relaxed‚ whilst maintaining normal diaphragmatic breathing
  5. Slowly release your knees from your chest until your arms are extended
  6. This is one repetition
  7. Repeat pulling knees to chest again as directed
