Spine Exercises

Flexion in Lying
- Lie on your back on the floor‚ head on a pillow
- Bent your knees so your feet are resting flat on the floor
- Reach forward with your hands and place your arms around your knees
- Slowly pull your knees to your chest‚ keeping your neck and shoulders relaxed‚ whilst maintaining normal diaphragmatic breathing
- Slowly release your knees from your chest until your arms are extended
- This is one repetition
- Repeat pulling knees to chest again as directed
