Cat Stretch: (Neutral)
- Get down on all fours on the floor
- Place your hands palm down on the floor‚ out in front of you as far as possible
- Imagine your hands are glued to the floor‚ don’t let them move
- Try to sit back‚ touching your buttock onto your feet
- Try to lower your chest as close to the floor as possible‚ feeling the stretch through your shoulder girdle and mid back
