Shoulder Exercises

Theraband Down and Across
- Place the Theraband in the top of a door frame
- Stand with feet shoulder width apart‚ or kneel at a 90° angle to the wall
- Draw belly button to spine
- Grip the end of the Theraband in your inside hand (exercise side)
- Your arm should be lifted up from your side at an angle of 135°
- There should be some tension on the band in this position
- Slowly pull down and across your body towards the opposite hip
- Hold for prescribed period and slowly return to the start position
- Concentrate on slow‚ smooth‚ controlled movement
