Posterior Deltoid Stretch

  1. Using the stretch side arm‚ reach across your body‚ placing your hand palm down on the posterior aspect of your opposite shoulder
  2. Using the other hand‚ grasp the stretch side elbow and pull it across your chest until you feel a stretch in the back of the stretch side shoulder
  3. To vary the fibers being stretched‚ use various angles of elevation and depression whilst pulling across the chest
