Posterior Deltoid Stretch
- Using the stretch side arm‚ reach across your body‚ placing your hand palm down on the posterior aspect of your opposite shoulder
- Using the other hand‚ grasp the stretch side elbow and pull it across your chest until you feel a stretch in the back of the stretch side shoulder
- To vary the fibers being stretched‚ use various angles of elevation and depression whilst pulling across the chest
