Pect Stretch in Door Frame

  1. Stand facing a door frame so that you are close but not within the actual doorframe
  2. Feet shoulder width apart
  3. Elevate your arms to 90° so that your arms are running along the wall‚ palms to wall
  4. Flex your elbows to 90°‚ ensuring good contact with the wall on all parts of the arm
  5. Keeping your feet planted in the same position‚ slowly and gently lean forward‚ pressing your chest forward until you feel a stretch
  6. If you feel any pain in the shoulder joint‚ stop immediately and check your technique
  7. Hold for prescribed period and relax
