Pect Stretch in Door Frame
- Stand facing a door frame so that you are close but not within the actual doorframe
- Feet shoulder width apart
- Elevate your arms to 90° so that your arms are running along the wall‚ palms to wall
- Flex your elbows to 90°‚ ensuring good contact with the wall on all parts of the arm
- Keeping your feet planted in the same position‚ slowly and gently lean forward‚ pressing your chest forward until you feel a stretch
- If you feel any pain in the shoulder joint‚ stop immediately and check your technique
- Hold for prescribed period and relax
