Theraband Peroneals (Static)
- Tie the Theraband into one continuous loop
- Place the loop around the outside of each foot‚ mid point between ankle and toes
- Spread your legs apart until there is some tension on the band
- Maintain this position and turn your ankles outwards until you feel a contraction on the outside of your calves
- Hold for specified period and slowly return to start position
