Lower Leg Exercises

Theraband Peroneals (Static)

  1. Tie the Theraband into one continuous loop
  2. Place the loop around the outside of each foot‚ mid point between ankle and toes
  3. Spread your legs apart until there is some tension on the band
  4. Maintain this position and turn your ankles outwards until you feel a contraction on the outside of your calves
  5. Hold for specified period and slowly return to start position
