Theraband Ankle Inversion (Tib Post)

  1. Attach the Theraband to an immovable object
  2. Place the loop of the band around your foot
  3. The arch of the foot should be facing away from the anchor point
  4. Take the foot away from the anchor point until the band is under tension
  5. This is the start position
  6. Maintain start position and turn the ankle in against resistance
  7. Hold and return to start position slowly
  8. Ensure movement is slow‚ controlled and not jerky
