Theraband Ankle Inversion (Tib Post)
- Attach the Theraband to an immovable object
- Place the loop of the band around your foot
- The arch of the foot should be facing away from the anchor point
- Take the foot away from the anchor point until the band is under tension
- This is the start position
- Maintain start position and turn the ankle in against resistance
- Hold and return to start position slowly
- Ensure movement is slow‚ controlled and not jerky
