Soleus Stretch (Calf)

  1. Place your hands against a wall and the leg to be stretched should be placed further back than the non stretch leg
  2. Bend the stretch leg at the knee but keep the foot flat on the floor
  3. Lean forward‚ bending your elbows until you feel a stretch in the lower calf
  4. Ensure the foot is facing directly forward and that the middle of the knee cap aligns with the second toe
  5. Do not allow the foot to rotate in/out or the knee to drop inwards
