Gastocnemius Stretch (Calf)
- Place your hands against a wall and the leg to be stretched should be placed further back than the non stretch leg
- Keep knee straight and lean forward‚ bending your elbows until you feel a stretch in the upper calf
- Ensure the foot is facing directly forward and that the middle of the knee cap aligns with the second toe
- Do not allow the foot to rotate in/out or the knee to drop inwards
