Lower Leg Exercises

Please choose a Lower Leg related exercise from the menu below.


Calf Raise Phase 1

  1. Stand on a step or similar object with only the fore foot in contact with the step
  2. Keep your knees straight
  3. Rise up onto your toes‚ whilst keeping your knees straight and eyes on the horizon
  4. Slowly lower down to the level of the step but no further
  5. Ensure movement is slow and controlled‚ not jerky
  6. This is one repetition
  7. Repeat as directed
