Lower Leg Exercises

Calf Raise Phase 1
- Stand on a step or similar object with only the fore foot in contact with the step
- Keep your knees straight
- Rise up onto your toes‚ whilst keeping your knees straight and eyes on the horizon
- Slowly lower down to the level of the step but no further
- Ensure movement is slow and controlled‚ not jerky
- This is one repetition
- Repeat as directed
