Theraband Quadriceps Knee Extension
- Sit over then end of a table or similar object
- Tie one end of the Theraband securely around the leg of the table’ or place under the table leg
- Tie a secure open loop in the other end’ and place around the ankle of the exercise leg
- Sit upright with cheek bones over collar bones’ eyes on the horizon and belly button drawn to spine
- Straighten your knee as far as possible against the resistance of the band; taking care not to lean backwards during this movement
- Hold and slowly lower to the start position
- Concentrate on slow’ smooth’ controlled movement
