Theraband Quadriceps Knee Extension

  1. Sit over then end of a table or similar object
  2. Tie one end of the Theraband securely around the leg of the table’ or place under the table leg
  3. Tie a secure open loop in the other end’ and place around the ankle of the exercise leg
  4. Sit upright with cheek bones over collar bones’ eyes on the horizon and belly button drawn to spine
  5. Straighten your knee as far as possible against the resistance of the band; taking care not to lean backwards during this movement
  6. Hold and slowly lower to the start position
  7. Concentrate on slow’ smooth’ controlled movement
