Theraband Prone Hamstring Curl
- Lie on your stomach on a table or similar object
- Tie one end of the Theraband securely around the leg of the table’ or place under the table leg
- Tie a secure open loop in the other end’ and place around the ankle of the exercise leg
- Lie so that your foot is just dangling over the end of the table
- Draw belly button to spine and relax your lower back muscles
- Bend your knee as far as possible against the resistance of the band
- Hold and slowly return to the start position
- Concentrate on slow’ smooth’ controlled movement
