Hip/Thigh Exercises

Theraband Prone Hamstring Curl

  1. Lie on your stomach on a table or similar object
  2. Tie one end of the Theraband securely around the leg of the table’ or place under the table leg
  3. Tie a secure open loop in the other end’ and place around the ankle of the exercise leg
  4. Lie so that your foot is just dangling over the end of the table
  5. Draw belly button to spine and relax your lower back muscles
  6. Bend your knee as far as possible against the resistance of the band
  7. Hold and slowly return to the start position
  8. Concentrate on slow’ smooth’ controlled movement
