Piriformis Stretch

  1. Sit on the ground
  2. The non stretch leg is bent at the knee and the heel is placed by the stretch sides’ buttock
  3. Place the stretch sides’ foot outside the non stretch thigh
  4. Keep the foot flat on the floor
  5. Try to sit the stretch side buttock flat onto the floor
  6. Hug the knee across the body to increase the stretch
