Piriformis Stretch
- Sit on the ground
- The non stretch leg is bent at the knee and the heel is placed by the stretch sides’ buttock
- Place the stretch sides’ foot outside the non stretch thigh
- Keep the foot flat on the floor
- Try to sit the stretch side buttock flat onto the floor
- Hug the knee across the body to increase the stretch
