Hamstring Self Stretch

  1. Find a low step or box
  2. Place the foot of the leg to be stretched on the step
  3. To stretch closer to the buttock‚ bend your knee 20°
  4. Tip your pelvis forwards to increase the arch in the low back
  5. Maintain this position and bend forward slowly at the trunk until you feel the stretch
  6. To stretch closer to the knee‚ almost straighten the knee and repeat as above
  7. Use Various angles of knee bend to target the desired fibers of the hamstring
