Hamstring Self Stretch
- Find a low step or box
- Place the foot of the leg to be stretched on the step
- To stretch closer to the buttock‚ bend your knee 20°
- Tip your pelvis forwards to increase the arch in the low back
- Maintain this position and bend forward slowly at the trunk until you feel the stretch
- To stretch closer to the knee‚ almost straighten the knee and repeat as above
- Use Various angles of knee bend to target the desired fibers of the hamstring
