Hip/Thigh Exercises

Bridging Phase 1
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor
- Draw belly button to spine and tighten your buttock
- Raise pelvis until knees‚ hips and shoulder are in line
- Hold for the prescribed period then slowly lower to start position
- Repeat as directed
