Hip/Thigh Exercises

Bridging Phase 1

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor
  2. Draw belly button to spine and tighten your buttock
  3. Raise pelvis until knees‚ hips and shoulder are in line
  4. Hold for the prescribed period then slowly lower to start position
  5. Repeat as directed
