Elbow/Wrist Exercises

Theraband Wrist Flexors

  1. Tie a loop in each end of the Theraband
  2. Sit in a chair or stand with feet shoulder width apart
  3. Place one loop around your foot and stand firmly on it
  4. Place the other loop around your hand‚ palm facing upwards
  5. Tuck your elbow firmly by your side‚ elbow bent to 90°
  6. The band should be on slight tension in this position
  7. Maintain this posture whilst you flex your wrist upwards slowly
  8. Hold for prescribed period and return to the start position slowly
  9. Concentrate on slow‚ smooth‚ controlled movement
