Theraband Wrist Extensors
- Tie a loop in each end of the Theraband
- Sit in a chair or stand with feet shoulder width apart
- Place one loop around your foot and stand firmly on it
- Place the other loop around your hand‚ palm facing down
- Tuck your elbow firmly by your side‚ elbow bent to 90°
- The band should be on slight tension in this position
- Maintain this posture whilst you extend your wrist backwards slowly
- Hold for prescribed period and return to the start position slowly
- Concentrate on slow‚ smooth‚ controlled movement
