Reverse Prayer Stretch
- Sit or stand
- Place the back of your hands together‚ fingers pointing down
- Your elbows should be bent approximately 90°‚ and your hands placed against your chest
- The fingertips should be at approximately the level of your navel
- Keeping your hands against your body‚ and without allowing the backs of your hands to part from each other‚ slide them up your chest until you feel a stretch in your forearms
- Hold for prescribed period and relax
