Reverse Prayer Stretch

  1. Sit or stand
  2. Place the back of your hands together‚ fingers pointing down
  3. Your elbows should be bent approximately 90°‚ and your hands placed against your chest
  4. The fingertips should be at approximately the level of your navel
  5. Keeping your hands against your body‚ and without allowing the backs of your hands to part from each other‚ slide them up your chest until you feel a stretch in your forearms
  6. Hold for prescribed period and relax
