Prayer Stretch

  1. Sit or stand
  2. Place your palms together‚ fingers facing upwards
  3. Your elbows should be bent approximately 90°‚ and your hands placed against your chest
  4. The fingertips should be at approximately the level of your voice box
  5. This should look somewhat like someone praying
  6. Keeping your hands against your body‚ and without allowing the palms to part from each other‚ slide them down your chest until you feel a stretch in your forearms
  7. Hold for prescribed period and relax
